Chapa Express Train的点评
点评：I had very high expectations for the Chapa train, especially after paying over $400, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment.
The biggest issue was the bedding. It was extremely dirty — I could see mold, and there were small black bugs all over the bed. It honestly felt like bed bugs. I reported this to the staff, but their response was dismissive, as if they didn’t understand or didn’t want to address the issue. They also mentioned there were no other rooms available, and I didn’t feel confident that switching would make any difference.
On top of that, the train itself was very loud, making it difficult to get any proper rest. However, the most unacceptable part of this experience was the unsanitary condition of the bed. I spent the entire night feeling uncomfortable and uneasy.
I don’t need complimentary drinks — I just expect a clean and hygienic place to sleep. Paying significantly more than a sleeping bus and ending up with such poor conditions was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
The manager didn’t even believe what I said and just kept repeating that there was no issue when they checked.
