Terrys Car Hire的点评
点评：We clipped the kerb when entering the airport car park to return the car. The front tyre deflated half way up to the return parking floor. We drove to the approved parking bay as gently as possible. Reported that the car was returned and the issue with the tyre. I didn’t feel confident to fit the spare tyre and said so.
I expected charges as per the contract.
125 euro for the replacement tyre. Ok if not a bit expensive.
30 euro to change the spare. Ok if not expensive.
Then an unbelievable Circa 40 Euro charge to change the other undamaged front tyre!!
Surely replacing the damaged tyre with a match to the undamaged tyre was the norm unless Terry’s wanted to upgrade both front tyres at my expense.
Sorry Terry’s but can’t recommend you.
Also be wary when driving into the car park it is very tightest .
