My daughter was simply checking a jewellery set when the display fell apart almost instantly. The necklace and earrings were placed right on the edge of the table, and the earrings were only resting on the mannequin without any binding, hooks or proper fixation. As soon as she touched the necklace, everything shifted — she managed to catch the necklace in time, but one earring fell to the floor and broke immediately.
Instead of acknowledging their unsafe and careless product display, the staff insisted we pay for the damage. They didn’t even want to discuss whether the shop had insurance or take responsibility for how poorly the items were arranged. The jewellery quality was extremely disappointing — for earrings priced at over IDR 1.2 million, they should not break from a single drop, especially when the shop itself placed them so unstable that even a small push to the table could make everything fall.
I am genuinely shocked at the lack of professionalism, the way the products were displayed, and the refusal to listen or take any responsibility. This experience completely ruined our visit and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you don’t want to be blamed for their own carelessness and low-quality items.
