Bad potholes and unhelpful staff

点评：I recently stayed at The Jungle NI for a glamping trip and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
The glamping accommodation itself was not up to the standard advertised. It felt poorly maintained and did not justify the price we paid. For something marketed as a comfortable, unique outdoor stay, the overall condition and cleanliness were below expectations.
The biggest issue, however, was the staff attitude. We found several members of staff to be dismissive and unhelpful when we raised basic questions. Customer service makes or breaks a stay, and sadly it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority.
Access to the site was also frustrating. The road leading in has significant potholes, which made driving in and out uncomfortable and concerning for vehicle damage. This should either be properly maintained or clearly warned about in advance.
Overall, the experience did not match the premium image portrayed online. I wouldn’t return and would struggle to recommend it based on our stay.
