点评：We hired Antonio to prepare a 20-person dinner in celebration of our wedding on Capri. He absolutely exceeded all expectations. He arrived early in the morning and spent the entire day in the kitchen, totally dedicated from start to finish. From the moment he arrived it was clear that he is a professional and knows what he is doing. We asked him to prepare a fully vegan menu, and were not entirely sure what to expect, considering Antonio is a traditional chef. But every single dish blew us away. Our guests loved all of it and could hardly believe the entire menu was vegan. Particularly the vegan tiramisu was next-level. We repeatedly moved our schedule around a bit, but Antonio was super flexible and accomodating. His planning and timing of each course was perfectly executed.
Antonio is also just a really pleasant guy and fun to talk to, and we loved having him at our wedding. His assistant Serena was fantastic too. She put a lot of work into setting up the table, even making some last-minute centerpieces from plants and things she found around the villa. You can tell that both of them have passion for their work and really care about what they do.
Antonio and Serena were a big part of what made our wedding day so special. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you both!!
