A birthday I won’t forget, made truly special by the Ferrari World team
法拉利主题乐园的点评
点评：This was our first visit to Ferrari World Yas Island, and I can honestly say it lived up to and went well beyond our expectations. What made the experience particularly memorable, though, was the incredible team that looked after us throughout the day.
A very special mention has to go to VIRAJ, who completely made my birthday. The moment he found out we were celebrating, he went above and beyond to make the day special. He arranged slots for the e-sports arena and go-karting, personally escorted us around much of the park, helped coordinate everything with the team, and genuinely made us feel like VIP guests.
The biggest surprise came at Mamma Rossella, where VIRAJ arranged a birthday cake and brought the entire team together to sing for me. What made it even more wonderful was that the whole restaurant joined in, singing, clapping, and celebrating with us. It was spontaneous, incredibly sweet, and a moment I won’t forget.
The team, BIKU, JHOVI, and AUNG, were fantastic throughout the day. They helped us with photographs, walked around the park with us, assisted us while shopping, and were constantly attentive without ever making the experience feel intrusive. VIRAJ also kept the communication flowing with the entire team, which made the day feel exceptionally well organised.
RASEL deserves a special mention too. One of us has a food allergy, and instead of simply giving us a verbal assurance, RASEL took it seriously, filled out the proper form, personally communicated with the chef to ensure our food was appropriately customised. That level of care really stood out. A big thank you as well to the team at MAMMA ROSSELLA for going out of their way to accommodate us.
And then there was MARWAN at the entry gate, who had a genuinely interesting conversation with my brother about watches. My brother is a serious watch enthusiast, so that little interaction was an unexpected highlight and a great example of how even the smallest interactions can add to an experience.
As for the park itself, the attractions were fantastic. It was particularly special seeing my 70-year-old mother take on Turbo Track, something I don’t think any of us expected when we planned the visit! We experienced Flying Aces (the best), Fiorano GT Challenge, Ferrari Jr., the kids’ rides, and go-karting, and there was something for everyone in our family.
We actually tried to tip the entire team at the end of the day because we genuinely felt they deserved it, but they politely declined, explaining that it wasn’t part of their policy. That, in itself, says something about the professionalism of the team.
Ferrari World gave me an excellent day at the park, but VIRAJ, BIKU, JHOVI, RASEL, AUNG, MARWAN, and the MAMMA ROSSELLA team turned it into a birthday memory that our family will genuinely treasure.
Thank you all for making my birthday so special. We came for the Ferrari experience and left with wonderful memories and a lot of appreciation for the people behind it.
