Tranquil, spotless and great value for money

点评：We’ve just returned from a weekend at the Murchison River Road caravan park and had an absolutely fantastic time.
The booking process was easy and the park managers went out of their way to ensure our late night arrival was a breeze. This set the tone for our entire stay as they were always so helpful and friendly.
We stayed in an onsite cabin for the weekend and simply could not have been more pleased. Practically brand new, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated and fitted out it was one of the nicest onsite cabins we’ve ever stayed in.
The bathroom was a happy surprise with a generous sized shower which has not always been our experience of onsite cabins. We also appreciated the reverse cycle air con/heater.
The park itself is just lovely with super clean facilities including an excellent camp kitchen (which was a great place to get warm on a chilly day and play cards with our friends who were caravanning) and well maintained grounds. Being right on the river it provided fantastic birdlife to watch and tranquility. We enjoyed taking the walk to town on a clear well made path which gave us some free calories to have a guilt free treat at the local bakery (yum)!
We just loved our visit to the Murchison River Road Caravan Park and can’t wait to be back there.
