This was one of the most stressful and unsafe travel experiences we’ve ever had.
1. **Zero proper communication about the starting point.** We were clearly informed earlier that the trek would start from *Kukke Subramanya*. At the last moment, due to their negligence, we were forced to travel from Kukke to the Coorg base point, spending an *extra ₹6000* on transportation. We have screenshots proving their original confirmation.
2. **Extreme delay with no basic facilities.** The trek was supposed to begin at **6 AM**, but we were left waiting at the Coorg base point until **11 AM** — in an isolated location with **no network, no food, no proper support**. This is highly irresponsible.
3. **Serious safety concerns during travel.** The bus driver did not seem experienced with ghat roads and made us get down and walk at steep stretches. This is unacceptable and dangerous.
We were **two women traveling alone**, and this level of mismanagement put us in a very vulnerable situation. We had to trust a complete stranger to drop us back at Kukke around **11 PM at night**. So many things could have gone wrong.
Physically and emotionally, we were completely drained. Our plans, bookings, and logistics were made based on the information they gave us — and everything collapsed because of their poor coordination.
When we raised these issues and requested a refund for the additional transportation cost caused by *their mistake*, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame us.
**All they could say was “Sorry.”**
A simple apology is not enough when customers’ **safety** is at risk.
