Very Unprofessional - Confirmed My Booking, Took Payment, Then Cancelled Due to “Overbooking”

点评：I recently had a very disappointing experience with Namma Trip. I received a confirmation over the phone that the slots for the Uttari Betta trek were available. Based on that confirmation, I completed my booking and made the full payment through their website.
However, after the payment was processed, I received a call saying that the trek was actually overbooked and my confirmed slot could not be honored. This was extremely unprofessional because the confirmation was given before the payment, and only after taking the money did they inform me that the booking wouldn’t go through.
I then had to follow up again to request a refund, which should never have been necessary if their booking process was managed properly.
Overall, this experience shows a serious lack of coordination and reliability. I would advise others to be cautious and double-check availability before making any payment.
