**PERFECT** Private Charter

点评：May 13, 2025. This was our 2nd private adventure with Catmania and it was absolutely fantastic! From booking with Fabricio, to sailing with Daniel and crew (I’m really sorry, I don’t remember everyone’s name) everything was easy peasy. We were a group of 6 (4 adults and two 11 year-old girls) and opted for a 5.5hr private charter (I think the boat was Araya) that included snorkeling (TONS of colorful fish, turtles, a giant puffer fish, and many others), sailing, and anchoring at Playa Norte for an afternoon of fun in the water. We had been to Isla Mujeres several times before so we chose to stay on the boat this time, but the option was there. Daniel and crew kept us busy with plenty of great conversation, jumping off the boat, and an endless supply of drinks (we ordered tacos too — they really hit the spot). Oh and captain’s playlist…lots of Buffett, Chesney, and other tropical tunes…it really set the mood.
As for traveling to the boat, we stayed at Villa Del Palmar and had a short (literally 2 min) walk to the dock where we were met by Catmania staff. Even though we had such a short walk, Fabricio offered to have us picked up if we wanted (great service), but it wasn’t necessary. Paid our balance and boarded the boat!
It was an absolutely perfect day that brought tears to our guests’ eyes. Daniel was a superb host, and, thanks to the rest of the crew, we didn’t have to lift a finger (for an added fee, a photographer even joined the ship so we didn’t have to worry about taking pics or losing our phones).
Can’t recommend them enough, and we’ll definitely be sailing with them again!
