A Beautiful Concept Undermined by Cold, Inflexible Management

点评：I was travelling with my 14-year-old daughter, and our reserved entry time was 2:15 p.m. We arrived early and looked for somewhere nearby to eat, but every restaurant in the area was closed because of the holiday period.
We returned to the museum hungry and asked whether we could at least buy a drink or order something from the café. We were told that we could only have the free drinking water and were not allowed to order food or sit inside the café before our reserved time, despite the very hot weather. When we were finally admitted, all the food had sold out.
Timed entry to the exhibition space is understandable, but preventing ticket holders from buying refreshments or resting in the café while they wait is unnecessarily rigid and inconsiderate.
The artwork emphasizes the relationship between people and nature, sensation and life. Yet the museum’s operation feels mechanical, cold and indifferent—the exact opposite of the spirit the artwork represents., the overall visitor experience was extremely disappointing.
