点评：Ended up turning around at the gate so disappointed how rudely the staff treated my family at the gate. Now after seeing some of these reviews I can see that this place obviously has a problem with their staff and we were not the only ones treated so rudely. It’s never appropriate to use profanity professionally, as we were unaware that every adult ( 10 ) needed identification for the waiver and were told as we were trying to coordinate this that the staff couldn’t wait for us to “get our sh** together.” It would have been understandable if we were politely told can you please pull over to the side while you gather your identification together. The staff needs to learn respect and decency go a long way. You have permanently lost our family’s business.
