Festival staff ruined the vibe and contributed to damaging my car

点评：I arrived with my brand new car and was immediately met with hostile, aggressive staff. On arrival I was told I had "small tents" written on my windshield — something that was never explained to me and that I didn't understand until after a staff member yelled at me about it.
The communication was non-existent and the attitude was one of contempt rather than hospitality. I was rushed into my campsite feeling anxious and confused about what I was supposed to be doing and where I was supposed to go.
As a direct result of being rushed by hostile staff into a space I didn't fully understand, I backed my brand new car into a tree and sustained significant damage. Not one staff member acknowledged what happened, asked if I was okay, or showed any basic human decency. I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a person.
The staff created an environment of anxiety and hostility and then showed complete indifference when that environment contributed to a real consequence for me. I will not be returning and I would strongly caution anyone who values being treated with basic respect to look elsewhere.
Oh and sanitation conditions were questionable at best
