点评:We’ve had both good and bad experiences, hence, the three stars. Pick-ups and transfers good and on time. Resorts in Coron and El Nido were lovely. But after booking 6 months in advance we were told an hour before arriving at our hotel in Puerto Princessa that they had changed our hotels. We have written to Guide to the Philippines and had no response. We tried to contact the company picking us up for a tour to find out if they have the new hotel and time and we eventually heard back. The hotel they put us in has a blocked sink, a dirty rag on the floor propping up the bath tub, no hot water, no pool as opposed the other hotel which looked really great. We found out at checkin that Guide to the Philllippines knew about the changed booking a week ago but only informed us an hour before. This is appalling. It’s the last 4 nights of our trip and it tarnishes our good memories. I would never book with Guide to the Philippines again.
