A Stunning Setting Undone by Poor Service

点评：We didn’t do the wine tour — we just went for lunch. And honestly, the place is stunning. The landscape is absolutely beautiful, the kind of view that makes you stop and breathe it in. That’s why it was such a letdown when the rest of the experience didn’t match the setting.
Even though we had booked in advance, they told us there was no table for us when we arrived. After waiting a bit, the two of us were finally seated at a table for ten. Then we were completely ignored for almost 15 minutes — no menu, no water, no bread, nothing.
When someone finally came, we chose the pairing menu to keep things simple. The food was incredible: truly delicious and perfectly prepared but the service was inattentive, and we didn’t feel welcome at all. The waiters all seemed rushed and overwhelmed, constantly hurrying past our table without even looking at us. Drinks and food took ages to arrive, and there was never a moment of basic acknowledgment or care. It felt like we were invisible.
So, despite the amazing food and that gorgeous scenery, we wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t go back. There are plenty of better options in the area.
