Expedia is Dishonest over baggage

点评：Firstly , please let me add this is the 4th time I've made this exact same trip before anyone chimes in with you should have checked first , or this is something to look out for .... this has never happened before , to the point that asking the airline to step in for help , they said that they've gotten so many complaints they advised me to file complaints and even consult with the Attorney General !! .
I purchased my flights and hotels from Expedia for the same reasons we all do , convenience and bundle pricing .
So the booking detail shows 8KGS carry on , 1st checked 23KGS , 2nd Checked 23KGS .
We arrived at LAX 12/7 and was told that we have no baggage allowance other than carry on . this continued throughout the 4 flights from LA to Istanbul , to Antalya and back . These charges added almost $600 USD to the price of the trip , far exceeding any savings we may have gotten by going through Expedia .
Please review the included baggage information included with my itinerary showing NO FEE for the carry on and 2 checked bags ....
I called Expedia from the Departure lounge 3 times , 2 times they called back from outside the USA and in best described a difficult to understand language "difficult to explain to and hear from" with no resolution and no explanation other than what we had already been told , no baggage allowance purchased , despite my having the ticked detail on the phone in front of my giving what we were allowed .
I asked to speak to a supervisor , by the time they called back we were on the plane ,
getting a VM that lasted 30 seconds of nothing but background noise .
I am not one of those people that want $$ for emotional distress because my trip was ruined , all I want is the out of pocked costs refunded to me .

我在候机室给 Expedia 打了三次电话，其中两次他们是从美国境外回拨的，而且他们的语言含糊不清，难以理解，沟通起来也很费劲。除了之前被告知的内容之外，没有任何解决方案或解释，也没有提供任何新的信息。尽管我手机上明明已经勾选了我们允许携带的行李额度，但他们仍然没有提供任何解释。
我要求和主管通话，但等他们回电时，我们已经登机了。
结果只听到了 30 秒的语音留言，全是背景噪音。
我不是那种因为旅行被毁就想索赔的人，我只是想要回我实际支付的费用。
