Interesting venue with amazing exhibits

点评：Booked tickets online. The website is not the easiest to navigate through as there are many options. Eventually found that the House, Gardens and Museum all come on one ticket. On arrival the parking is free and there is plenty of it. We went to the reception and a friendly member of staff gave us all the information needed. We attended the ‘house’ tour first. This was delivered by a knowledgeable member of staff but it needed a bit more life injected into the delivery. The museum is incredible with the displays of, (taxidermy), animals quite amazing considering their age and the exploration attached to them. The other artefacts on display evidence just what an amazing collection was gathered in a very little known area of the world.
Outside the gardens were enjoyable to walk around and explore. Level pathways suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
