点评:There is a sweet product being offered but a sour attitude presenting the product. There consistently is a lack of guest hospitality and a lack of friendliness when you enter the store. Particularly from an individual that may be the manager or at least conveys that feeling to a guest and hearing the directives she gives her fellow associates, she at the very least is “in charge.” Please think about the guest walking through the door. Are you happily greeting guests and more importantly acknowledging guests even while you may be working with other guests’ orders? I live in Salem and frequent the store. I’ve begun to take notice who works what days and times and enter when I know a friendly associate will be there. You have an excellent product, a warm and inviting store design, and what a history! Getting back to basics when it comes to friendliness and an ideal guest experience. This is meant to be constructive feedback. I understand that working with the public can be challenging. There is so much to balance in our personal lives and there may be other personal factors impacting us daily. Over the past 13 months it has been very obvious, the lack of customer acknowledgement, positive engagement, and the feeling of joy you would expect and need in a candy store. Thank you.
