点评：Prime Morocco Tours offers a "private" tour with driver. We chose the 5-day tour from Marrakech through Merzouga to Fes. We opted for the Superior Accommodation and all the accommodations and food were quite excellent. Some pros of tour company and trip: our guide and driver was local from the Nomadic community near Merzouga, so local knowledge of nomadic life was excellent! He was polite and professional, though not particularly personable. The car was a 4WD in excellent condition and driving through mountain roads was cautious and excellent! Some cons: at this price point, there was nothing particularly "customized" about the tour--it seems to be a standard tour at a higher price point. It felt more like we were paying for a car and driver than a tour guide. (we experienced other guides going in with their customers to the sites, though ours did not). So if you'd like something customized, my suggestion would be to do your research and lay out where you'd like to stop. Our driver/guide also tried to discourage us from stopping at one Unesco site because of time, without explaining alternatives or options. We had a particular interest in learning about traditional healing or even meeting with traditional medicine men/women, but there was little attempt to accommodate that request. Some constructive feedback is to have a clear briefing at the beginning/end of each day to explain the road, stops and discuss the options for stops before setting off for the day. There were moments that some options were not available to us (because of weather understandably) without offering alternative options. At this price point, I would hope for accommodations and contingency plans for inclimate weather. Overall, a professional experience without strong attention to customizing the trip to our needs.
