点评:As F1 fans, we loved the experience. Lots of history of the Silverstone circuit and insights into motorsports that we were unaware of. The final presentation - while aged - was a great watch and brought together a lot of history that was emotive and entertaining. The only let down was some staff and levels of customer experience. From the moment we checked in we were grunted at, there was no instruction, no eye contact. We felt that we were being looked down on as customers - the woman who checked us in clearly too important to spend any time speaking to people. It was a real shame too, as other staff were lovely but the experience was tainted from the outset. Visitors going to the museum are passionate about motor sport and for many it can be a pilgrimage to attend - for it to be affected this way is not great and hopefully something easily remedied with some training and improved focus on visitors.
