点评：This was my third encounter with them. First was absolutely amazing bus group and was why I returned. Bus trip #2, the bus was oversold, in poor repair which we ended up on the side of the road for 3 hours which result in arriving late in the day. The sale items were basically sold out. Lunch was included and was only one entree. My travel partner won a “free” bunk house trip. The only available date was Mother’s Day weekend. We were charged a housekeeping fee and an over 8 people fee. We were actually only a group of 7, but they refused to reimburse the extra housekeeping fee. The only “extra” we received was a 10% discount which they refused to honor on most of the items the group purchased. We never heard anything from them, nor was offered a class, a talk or anything. My group was wonderful, but we all felt the “free” weekend was misrepresented. It’s a 3 hour trip one way and all of us feel we will not be making it ever again.
