点评：Our experience with this place was very poor. Upon arrival, we already had to wait a long time before being helped. The man behind the bar, who was the only staff member present, told us to wait and said he would come to us shortly.
We wanted to buy tokens so our children could play on the machines and use the small race cars. He said it would take about five minutes, but we ended up waiting nearly fifty minutes. During that time, we were completely ignored, even though he clearly saw us. At one point, he was walking around near the race track without assisting us.
When we finally approached him, he acted as if he didn’t recognize us and asked how he could help. When we asked for tokens, he said there were none left because he had just given a large number to others. He could have easily solved this by taking tokens from the machine, but he chose not to.
The behavior was unfriendly, unprofessional, and very rude—especially considering we were there with young children aged 3 and 5 and had already been waiting for such a long time.
For this reason, we would not recommend this place to anyone.
