Your passion for what you do came through clearly, and it was a pleasure to experience the area through the eyes of someone who is proud of the place he calls home. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for you and on more than one occasion, you went "the second mile" to make sure everyone was comfortable, informed and enjoying their experience. Your knowledge, enthusiasm and care made the trip both interesting and memorable. There were many highlights along the way, but our day on the LARC and our visit to Heron Island were especially memorable. Some of our group was discussing our trip and agreed that it was a very worthwhile time, and we are grateful for the effort, warmth and professionalism you brought to every part.
