点评：Where do I even begin? This is an evening I’ll be talking about for a long time.
Jacine is simply the most incredible host. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease — the warmth and care she puts into every detail is a rare and special gift. She’d even put together the most wonderful nibbles to complement the rum tasting, which was such a thoughtful touch. If hospitality were an art form, she’d have a gallery.
Paul — what a find. His knowledge and experience brought the whole evening to life in a way that was as entertaining as it was genuinely fascinating. I came away with so many questions and could easily have talked with him for hours more.
And I would be remiss not to mention… the adult Lilt. A mystery, a delight, and sitting at home as I write this, calling my name.
If you ever get the chance to spend an evening with these two, grab it with both hands. They are warm, knowledgeable, generous people — and I feel very lucky indeed.
