皇宫（霍夫堡宫）的点评
点评：This is an extensive palace complex that contains many museums and many monuments. We walked hear from the New City Hall area and then spent about an hour walking through and checking out the areas we could enter for free. There is an overwhelming selection of activities to do in here and different combination tickets to allow you to access important attractions in this area including the Spanish Riding School, Sisi Museum, Austrian National Library, and Leopold Museum.
You could easily spend most of the day here if you are interested in the royal family history. Nearby the Hofburg are many other popular sites in Vienna like the Natural History Museum, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Volksgarten and Kohlmarkt areas. When we were in the area in October they were setting up Christmas lights and areas for the Christmas Market in the surrounding area and we enjoyed walking through the area during the day and at night.
