点评：I have visited Real Mary King's Close on a number of occasions now and tried different tours that they offer, taking family and friends each time. This Christmas, we visited and did the tour along with the Dr Arnott Sampling Session experience. Of all of the visits I have had, this was my favourite. Josh, our tour guide, was exceptional. His delivery of the experience was heartfelt and humorous, to strike the balance between delivering humour and oftentimes serious historical topics, is no easy feat but Josh had the entire group laughing and engaged throughout. I especially loved how he navigated between historical topics and popular culture - so brilliantly delivered. He got the entire group involved, participating in parts of the history (for example, in the Plague Doctor room), this is the fist time I have experienced the tour delivered in this way and it was highly engaging. I visited with my two parents in their 70's - it was as equally entertaining for them as it was the young children who were laughing and engaged throughout. What a brilliant asset to the team Josh is! The Dr Arnott Experience was delivered by Zelda, again a highly engaging and brilliant tour guide for this part of the tour. It was great to delve more into the medical histories of this period and we really enjoyed the experience. I can't recommend this addition to the overall experience enough.
