点评：I am unable to adequately describe the overall level of service & satisfaction we received on our trip. Nevertheless, I will do my best. From being met at baggage claim & presented personalized welcome to Rwanda name bracelets to feeling a true personal connection everyday our time in country just got better & better. Ezekiel & his entire team were truly glad & honored we were in Rwanda. We were in country for 10 days & every aspect of logistics & hospitality whether directly performed by Ezekiel & his team or by a company he partners with was flawless & 1st class. The meticulous execution of transportation timetables, meals & overall aspects of our entire group exceeded our expectations. Accommodation was first rate & the Solace House staff were truly hospitable in all aspects. I cannot convey enough how personable & engaging Ezekiel, Yabez & Peter were. Their knowledge of Rwanda & desire to convey their culture was what really made us feel like we were not just tourists. We were a group of 12 but I am confident no group is too small or large to receive the amazing service we received. A genuine & sincere relationship was established early on & grew over the entire trip. You absolutely must use this service when visiting Rwanda. We will be back.
