Amazing Central Highlands Ethnic Villages Tour 5/4 Nights

点评：This was a customized 5 days, 4 nights developed by chosing the parts of the tours he offers on the website. Mr. Manh, a very knowledgeable guide, orchestrated this amazing tour.
This was a tour of the areas of Vietnam that we don't think about when we think of a holiday in Vietnam. The tour began in DaLot, continuing through the highlands, and ended in DaNang. The driver, Mr. Tan was excellent. When I was planning the trip, I was concerned about car sickness when going up to the higher altitudes. Mr. Tan drove so smoothly that i had no problem. We visited 10 villages, two museums, and a festival (a bonus!) I am particularly interested in the animism, Mr. Manh was quite informative about the beliefs of the ethnic minorities and spent a lot of time during our trip explaining their beliefs and practices in a very respectful way. I also learned about the agriculture of the areas that we visited, the mountain rice and the wet rice and the cotton tree flower and the cotton pod, the rubber tree. In one of our treks, he showed me how the latex is extracted. I learned about the daily life of the communities by seeing how they live first hand and being further explained by Mr. Manh. I had opportunities to interact with the people in the villages, which i really enjoyed. They were curious about me and I was curious about them. Under the guidance of Mr. Manh, I didn't feel like a voyeur! I had dinner in one of the villages followed by a Gong Show that Mr. Manh arranged for me. I'm vegan, and can't bear MSG. As we passed through villages, the driver took time to find places that would cook a fresh vegan meal for me, with no additives or MSG.
I hope Mr. Manh will add this tour to his offerings. Ask for Queen’s tour. I highly recommend Highland Eco Tours.
