Daylesford的点评
点评：Daylesford is, of course, a beautiful and well-known destination, with stunning surroundings and some really lovely produce and products. Unfortunately, though, I had a very disappointing experience during my visit.
While browsing, I was looking at the candles on display. They were positioned quite high up, and as they were lit, it wasn’t obvious that they were burning. The candles available to purchase were in sealed boxes, so I naturally assumed the unpackaged candles on display were simply there to look at.
Unfortunately, the candle wax ended up all over my clothes and my new bag. I was understandably panicked trying to remove it, and a somebody kindly passed me a cloth (I didn’t realise it was for sale) so I could clean myself up. However, I was then spoken to quite rudely by another member of staff for using the cloth, despite it having been handed to me for that exact purpose. She said she could get me some tissue, but then proceeded to serve the entire queue before eventually bringing it over, while I was left trying to deal with wax all over my clothes and belongings.
I appreciate accidents happen, but I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled. The candles were not clearly visible as being lit, and I felt that a little understanding and customer care would have gone a long way, particularly when I was already upset about my clothes and new bag being covered in wax.
Such a shame, as I had expected a much better experience from Daylesford. Unfortunately, this has left a very negative impression and I won’t be returning.

我理解意外在所难免，但这种处理方式真的让我很失望。那些点燃的蜡烛并不显眼，我觉得如果工作人员能多些体谅与关怀，情况肯定会大不相同。尤其是当时我的衣服和新买的包包上已经沾满了蜡，这让我更加心烦意乱。
真是可惜，我原本期望能在Daylesford获得更好的体验。可惜这次的经历给我留下了极其糟糕的印象，我以后也不会再光顾了。
