BEWARE! Service Disruption - Doors closed half an hour early!

点评：I experienced an absolute disgrace and total lack of professionalism at the VIVE complex on May 29. I purchased a combined ticket and scanned it at the main turnstile at exactly 18:29, well before the official last admission time of 18:45. The official closing time is clearly stated as 19:30.
After visiting the Panoramic Terrace, I went down to see the Central Museum of the Risorgimento and Palazzo Venezia around 19:00. However, the staff physically blocked my way and forced me to leave, claiming those sections were already closed. There was absolutely NO written or verbal warning anywhere stating that internal sections close at 19:00, forcing visitors out half an hour before the official closing time. When I contacted the management via email, they shamelessly replied with hypocritical word games, completely ignoring my entry time.
They close the doors in your face half an hour early, deny you the service you paid for, and then hide behind the excuse that "the ticket is valid for 7 days" even though they knew I had an international flight the next morning. This is a total tourist trap. Do not trust their opening hours!
