点评：I cannot recommend Memo and his team enough! They made everything so easy from start to finish and were incredibly responsive and accommodating.
My dad has a bad hip and was having some difficulty walking, and they customized our tours so he could comfortably enjoy everything without feeling like we were missing out. They even made sure there was a vegetarian option for me at lunch and handled our national park entry fees, so we didn’t have to worry about the little details.
Because it was just the two of us, having a private tour was absolutely worth it. We never felt rushed, everything was on our schedule, and we were able to see and do exactly what we wanted. We also learned so much about Costa Rica, its wildlife, and the culture along the way.
Memo and his son Fernando were both wonderful and really made sure my dad and I had a great experience. I was also impressed by the variety of tours and transportation services they offer, so there are plenty of options depending on what you want to experience.
Everything felt personal, flexible, and well taken care of. I would 10,000% recommend Memo and his team and hope to use their services again the next time I’m in Costa Rica!
