Stoneleigh Abbey的点评
点评：What a fantastic find. We were staying near Kenilworth and spotted an Afternoon Tea after here. On further review you can book a one hour walking tour around the house, which is the only way to see it.
The grounds at stunning, not particularly large, but that was good. Theres a Summer house and a Conde foundation to find. There's a beautiful walk along the River Avon to the weir and further.
The afternoon tea was absolutely wonderful. A real treat and a bargain. Absolute quality, with 'proper' sandwiches, ham and tomato, egg, tuna mayo and cheese. Then a beautifully moist fruited scone etc, plus a banana and cinnamon cake (my cjoice). The staff were fantastic and so kind, making sure we had everything we needed. Three fresh pots of tea as well.
The staff throughout, were top class and I'll return as soon as possible.
They have a Spring fayre and Romeo and Juliette coming up.
