mixed feelings about my visit and customer service afterwards

点评：This is the review i gave you when you emailed and asked for my feedback i got an email saying you would look into it, I've sent numerous emails and nothing so feel i need to put up my review here.
Place and surroundings are lovely, your staff were great , especially the lady in the restaurant who served us , my bill number was 91902. She was so helpful and answered our questions. Please thank her. My treatment got messed up! A married couple and me and my friend were in the waiting room and the lady was called and she said what just me! The therapist said yes someone else will get him. She had obviously expected to be together! Then a few minutes later they called my friend then a few minutes later they called the man then said Caroline I said yes , she said just follow him then we got to a triple room she said if you both wait in there ! I said is this another waiting room as I’m not with him, she said that’s ok I said he’s with his wife and explained! They then had to try and find out what to do if they had a spare room whilst we waited. They took the man off and I stayed in the triple room, the therapist then asked what I had booked and I said scalp, back and hand and arm she said ok I thought you had feet I said no! Then she did a facial instead of the scalp ! ( which apparently was what I had booked, However I’m not a fan of facials) the therapist was lovely and this mistake was not hers but I couldn’t quite relax and could hear people outside and people in other rooms . I went to the main desk to explain and they just apologised and said we will look into it! Then we go back to the spa to be faced with really loud music from aqua aerobics for 45 minutes! If we had been told we would have had lunch then, the music was way too loud her voice was distorted because of it, people looked unhappy as some were trying to relax, some trying to read! We went in the outside sauna and could still hear it! I was disappointed that this is the first spa I have visited where there isn’t a proper hydration station with herbal teas etc. there are a couple of drink stations , one a water fountain by pool, by the relaxation beds upstairs cups and water! I have been a carer for my mum in the early stages of dementia and this was a gift for me to have a break and relax with a friend I have very mixed feelings about my visit x your staff were very good, the building and facilities are good . A spa should be relaxing not pumping out loud music without any warning! A mix up with bookings obviously happened after I booked in! These things have tainted my visit.
