One of the nicest tours I've ever done!

点评：This is such a great thing to do if you're in or near Jerez - we took the train from Seville (1hr 45mins but beware, you have to book in advance as the trains get sold out even in quiet season) and then it was a 12-minute walk from the station.
It helped that the weather was glorious but this a really beautiful place and the sunshine and blue skies were just amplified with the flowering vines and lush gardens.
Our host was Maribel and she was amazing - welcoming and experienced with a huge passion for Tip Pepe and a kind, funny spirit...she definitely made the tour for us.
You get the chance to see the estate from aboard a cute little red train as well as exploring the barrel rooms themselves, spotting some famous signatures, hearing about a boozy little mouse and then tasting 3 sherries and a sherry cocktail in your own time.
A fascinating history is told through not only the tour guide but also a well put together video and we came away with a new found respect for the art of sherry making.
Definitely one to put on the to-do list if you ever find yourself in the area!
