Crowded lounge with a silver lining
Saphire - Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 3)的点评
点评：I recently visited the lounge at Soekarno-Hatta Airport and had a mixed experience. The space was extremely crowded, making it hard to relax or find a comfortable seat. It felt more like a busy terminal than a premium lounge.
The food selection was quite underwhelming — limited variety and not particularly appetizing, definitely below what you’d expect from an airport lounge.
However, what really stood out (in a very positive way) was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their attitude made a noticeable difference and softened an otherwise disappointing experience.
Overall, not the best lounge in terms of comfort and food, but the excellent service deserves recognition.
