点评：I'd already texted Mariano several times prior to our trip, and I always received courteous and informative replies very quickly. So it was no surprise when he and his son Rosario picked us up at our hotel in Naples we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. The van was spotless and spacious, and they offered us water and tissues, and allowed us to make an impromptu stop at an historical site before we reached Sorrento.
As Mariano accurately describes, he is a true historian of this area, where his family has lived for centuries. Although I'd only contracted for transfers to and from Naples, we asked them for a day tour of spots along the Amalfi Coast. It was a fascinating journey as Mariano regaled us with historical tales, and Rosario expertly drove us through winding roads. And one magical night they took us to La Scalinatella in Positano for a deluxe meal.
If any tiny problem occurred, they were quick to resolve it, and we enjoyed every minute we spent together. Their rates are commensurate or better than other services, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. I feel as they are my friends, whether our paths cross again or not.
