点评:Firstly, it's very expensive and recommend getting an advance ticket to avoid the queues and they sometimes stop on the day show ups if they're full. Luckily, we'd planned ahead and had an enjoyable day.
The museum itself is excellent and you can get very close to the paintings, including the most famous,.unlike say The Louvre, where much is kept at a great distance.
Recommend getting the audio guide which is extra but only a few euros and worth it.
Staff were friendly and helpful and security unobtrusive.
The catering isn't great and we went to the very expensive 'restaurant' which isn't upmarket but you get full meals and table service. However they were busy and we had long waits for everything from ordering to paying.
There's also a big chunk at the end of the museum that wasn't really about Van Gogh but modern artists who had some tenuous influence which we didn't enjoy.
It takes most of the day but you can get around everything in a day comfortably and a recommendation.
