Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Bury St Edmunds的点评
点评：I've been a couple times before and everything was roughly as it was the previous times, very nice and relaxing and good for the price. However, this time a friend of mine had a poor expirence with a massage, they said it was very painful and made them anxious. We had booked an additional treatment, a salt rock massage, and found out the lady that had done my friends massage preciously would be doing this one, so we wanted to try and cancel it. The staff let us know we couldn't cancel or refund the treatment but we could reschedule it, we didn't have a date in mind we could choose to reschedule it to, but the lady at reception let us know we could call up and book it at a later date.
This was a relief at the time and we spent the rest of the day more relaxed knowing we could book that at any time. The next day I tried to call up to book the massages for later that week but couldn't get through to them. I thought that the line might be busy so I tried calling later that day and still nothing. Every time I called for the next week, it would put me immediately to voice mail, I've given my phone number and name for them to give me a call back but I've heard nothing in return. The treatments for me and my partner had cost 40 each roughly, so this was a huge disappointment that we couldn't get back to them despite being told we could. Despite my previous expirence with the spa being good, I hate to say this had let down my trust with it. I'm not sure if there was a communication issue at any point but as far as im aware I have done exactly what I was told to do.
This is a lovely spa and normally a really nice day out for me and my friends but losing 80 pounds over what seemed like a communication or booking issue with no call back has put my distrust in it.
