Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Bury St Edmunds的点评
点评：Myself and my sister were gifted to a spa day for her birthday.
Our package included 2 mini treatments, 2 free gifts and a glass of Prosecco.
Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. Our treatments were really good, albeit felt extremely rushed.
We then spent sometime by the pool and it’s Definately in need of some TLC. Tiles missing, rotting wood, peeling paint -
It looks very run down and to top it off, the pool and jacuzzi water looked very murky/grubby and quite frankly, uninviting.
We had lunch and had to chase our drink
3 times and they eventually arrived whilst we were half way through our meal (there were only 4 other tables seated). We ordered sandwich and was offered white or granary bread. Expecting a nice thick bit Of seeded bread we ordered granary. Kingsmill wholemeal was what came out and it was so disappointing. Especially for £12 for the sandwich!
We’ve done many spa days here and always rave about it. But this is the second time this year for us where it’s felt really underwhelming.
