点评：This 8-hour tour through Cote du Nuits and Cote du Beaune was my family's favorite experience during our trip to France. I'm writing this review upon returning to the U.S. and I'm still basking in how much fun we had.
Our guide, Thomas, was SO knowledgable, thoughtful, and funny, and he brought us to many historically significant landmarks and vineyards. I got the sense that Thomas is a bit of a local celebrity because everywhere we went, other tour guides or the vineyard owners recognized Thomas and greeted him like family, which made the experience feel so personal and authentic.
We also learned so much about every stage of the winemaking process, from walking by the vineyards to seeing the fermentation tanks, oak barrels, and even the bottling and corking process. It gave us a deeper understanding and appreciation for the craft and culture behind Burgundy wines.
If you're debating which tour to book, don't hesitate to book this one. It was informative, entertaining, and absolutely worth it. Me and my family could not stop raving about it afterwards. I am already thinking about when we can come back and do it again!
