点评:You cannot visit Barcelona without visiting this architectural marvel. Make sure you buy your tickets well ahead of time, or get a tour that includes the tickets to Sagrada Familia otherwise you will be disappointed when tickets sell out.
This large basilica is Gaudis masterpiece and the Nativity Facade is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building started in 1882 and is still currently under construction with no firm date on when it will be completed as all of it is funded by private donations. In October 2025 it because the world’s tallest church and it is expected to be taller by another 10 meters when finished.
Each facade is so unique, you can spend hours taking it all in with your eyes or your camera, and then once you enter the colors and architecture just overwhelms you.
Once you are inside you can also buy separate tickets to one of two steeples. The wait is a little long as the elevator is small , so depending on how many people are there expect 20-30 minute wait . Once you are at the top, the views are amazing and it is such a great way to get up close to the marvellous architecture of Sagrada Familia. To come down however you cannot take the elevator and have to descent a very narrow and steep 300 steps spiral staircase which is has no handrail in the middle and is a a bit scary to descend.
