点评：I genuinely don’t know how this place has managed to convince people it’s a Derry Girls exhibition.
To be fair, the staff did warn us beforehand that it was just the one exhibition. I appreciated the honesty. What they forgot to mention was that “just the one exhibition” apparently meant “one room with a few props and some information boards.”
It cost £6 for two of us, which thankfully isn’t life changing, because I’d have been asking for a refund if I’d paid much more. We spent longer buying the tickets than we did looking around.
If you’re expecting costumes, recreated sets, behind the scenes content, interactive displays or anything that actually feels like an exhibition, prepare to be disappointed. It feels less like a museum experience and more like someone cleared a spare room and stuck a few Derry Girls items in it.
Calling it a Derry Girls exhibition is incredibly generous. It’s a themed corner that somehow got promoted into an attraction. We travelled expecting something worth visiting and instead found ourselves back outside almost as soon as we’d walked in.
