ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! - A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY (CANCUN SAILING)

点评：I am writing to provide feedback on my recent tour, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I was really looking forward to this adventure, but several issues led to a disappointing experience:
1. Guide’s English: The guide's English was basic and broken, making it difficult to understand and follow instructions.
2. Lack of Upfront Information: We were not provided with any detailed information about the tour beforehand.
3. Inadequate Preparation: We were simply given a mask and snorkel and asked to jump into the water without proper guidance or preparation.
4. Limited Dive Sites and Duration: We only visited one site and had two dives, each lasting no longer than 5 minutes. The brief encounters with the whale shark were not sufficient.
5. Ineffective Group Management: Only two people could dive at a time, leaving the rest of us waiting in a rocking boat. This resulted in several participants, including myself, experiencing motion sickness and vomiting.
6. Lack of Guidance: The guide did not provide information on the do’s and don’ts of the dive, reflecting a lack of professionalism and preparedness.
Overall, the experience was far from what was expected, and I would highly discourage others from taking this tour based on my experience.
