点评：If you can only do business with one business in Juneau, Harv and Marv Whale Watching is the one to pick. Their customer service, in particular Kayla, is simply outstanding. When I heard about glacial flooding, I queried them and got an immediate response which allayed our concerns about a possible event. Our ship was delayed getting into Juneau due to a medical emergency. I emailed them about the late arrival and they not only were able to fit us in on a later excursion, they also gave me a refund for the difference in the excursion prices. I was just glad to be fitted in. On the way out to the feeding grounds, our guide said we had a 5% chance of seeing Orcas but we would definitely see some humpbacks. We happened upon a pod of about 20 Orcas and what they were doing could best be described as playing. They entertained us for a good 20 minutes. We then went to a different area where we saw 4 humpbacks. None of them breeched but we did see gigantic tails when two of them did a deep dive. This tour was the highlight of our Alaska trip.
