Delta Force Paintball = Next Level Paintball
Under NSW Fair Trading Unsolicited Consumer Agreements, this ‘business’ is required to provide you with a 10 Business Day Cooling Off Period.
They are selling ‘packages’ with a supposed discount. When you buy one of these for $119.95 all you are doing is paying for the discount.
If you then give this package as a gift to someone they still need to pay! TOTAL SCAM!!!
When I asked for a refund they directed me to an entirely separate refund page that sits outside their website. After completing it they responded that it was outside 10 days (not business days as required and wouldn’t refund which is illegal).
The paintball centres are actually Delta Paintball and they have set up Next Level as a pure Christmas Sales gimmick and CON!
