Fantastic early morning birdwatching tour on Lake Kivu

点评：We were a group of four and had a truly great early morning boat birdwatching tour with Cedric. Starting early was absolutely worth it – the lake was calm, the light was beautiful, and the birdlife was very active, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and special.
Cedric was an excellent guide: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the area. He was able to point out many different bird species and share interesting information about them, as well as about Lake Kivu and the surrounding islands. It really added a lot to the experience compared to just going out on the water by ourselves.
The boat trip itself was very enjoyable, with great views and a relaxed pace that allowed us to fully take everything in and stop whenever something interesting appeared. We especially appreciated how attentive and flexible Cedric was, making sure everyone in our group had a good experience.
Overall, this was a highlight of our time in Kibuye, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in nature, birdwatching, or simply enjoying Lake Kivu in a calm and authentic way.
