点评：I came to Dr. Udari at Ayuthantra after almost a decade of trying to troubleshoot my skin issues with different doctors and approaches in Western hospitals, without finding a lasting solution. What I found through Dr. Udari was a completely different way of understanding my health.
Through her deep knowledge of Ayurveda, she helped me look beyond the symptoms and understand the connection between my skin, my gut health, my diet, and the overall balance of my doshas. Over the course of a year, she guided me through gradual changes and helped me understand my body in a much more holistic way.
At one point I underwent an intensive kasaaya treatment, which involved preparing and taking regular herbal medicinal potions. Despite the intensity of the process, I always felt supported by Dr. Udari and, importantly, felt at ease with the treatment. She has a calm, knowledgeable presence that made it possible for me to trust the process.
What I value most is that she didn't make me feel dependent on a clinic or on someone else to manage my health. Instead, she taught me to understand myself and my body better, and I now have a much clearer sense of how to keep myself in balance.
I've also seen Dr. Udari help many of my friends effectively with their own health concerns, which has only strengthened my appreciation for her work.
