Overcrowding made it less enjoyable but nicely decorated Storehouse

点评：My boyfriend and I travelled from London to visit the Guinness Storehouse on his 32nd Birthday.
My boyfriend is a Guinness drinker but I am not really.
The tour is self-guided so you go at your own pace. But everywhere was so overcrowded it was hard to move sometimes! This also meant it took us quite a few hours to do the whole tour of all the floors. We picked the 10.45am slot and expected it not to be as busy. It was really hard to get a seat at the bars, especially the sky bar.
Our favourite section was the advertisements floor and the tasting room. The 0% alcohol guinness tasting area was really nice and less busy. The staff were absolutely lovely and brought our mini tasters to the table and were happy to take a photo for us. This was the only time it was easy to get a seat.
The festive Christmas decorations around the whole venue was beautiful!
There are plenty of bathrooms around which was really convenient.
We paid extra for the Stoutie experience, which is where you get your photo printed on the top of your guinness. It was a shame you only get offered one photo (one pose) to do when you have two tickets for two glasses. As we wanted to be together in the photo but thought we would get to have two poses sp each glass had a different print. That would have made the experience much better.
You get to watch it be printed onto the guinness which is really cool.
In the sky bar at the end of the tour you can choose from Guinness, Beer or a Soft Drink (such as Pepsi). This is the free drink you get as part of your entry ticket. I was bit disappointed that the soft drink came in a really small glass and expected a pint glass of Pepsi, given I didn't choose a Guinness.
Overall, we still had such a fun time exploring but felt a shame it was so crowded.

我们额外付费体验了“Stoutie”项目，也就是把照片印在吉尼斯啤酒杯上。可惜的是，我们买了两张票，每人只能拍一张照片（一个姿势）。我们本来想一起拍照，但以为可以拍两个不同的姿势，这样每个杯子上的照片就不一样了。那样的话体验会更好。
你可以亲眼看着照片印到吉尼斯啤酒杯上，这真的很酷。
在游览结束后的空中酒吧，你可以选择吉尼斯啤酒、普通啤酒或软饮料（比如百事可乐）。这是门票包含的免费饮料。我有点失望，因为软饮料的杯子太小了，我以为会是一大杯百事可乐，毕竟我没选吉尼斯。
总的来说，我们玩得很开心，只是觉得人太多有点可惜。
