Yummy food but on the pricier end targeting tourists…

点评：So much choice to eat and shop. The market is wonderful however it did feel like a tourist trap and almost every customer appeared to be a tourist(s).
The prices are not cheap in many places and seem to be inflated a fair bit to factor in the target market being tourists.
The good thing is that the food we had here was really tasty and delicious though so even though it was higher prices than other places we had been to in Osaka, it did not disappoint on taste.
Most places take card or cash. A few places try to talk you into coming and trying but most are friendly and not annoying like in other markets we have been to in other countries - so the Japanese markets are quite calm minus the tourist traffic.
We really enjoyed the fried rice and wagyu beef. Also custard filled fish and an amazing burger both from “Kuromon Burger Makotoya” - these guys were great and actually reasonably priced versus the other stalls around!
We also tried an expensive peach as we kept coming across them in Japan…. It’s okay but I don’t think it was worth the money. The Muscat green grapes are amazing though so worth a try if you have the money and not on a tight budget!
