点评：We stayed overnight at the resort as a family and were really surprised by the towel policy. The resort would not provide towels for the water park, and they also would not rent towels even for a fee. When we asked why, the manager named Mulusaw explained that they stopped offering towels because guests “didn’t want to reuse them.” Unfortunately, that explanation didn’t make sense to us and left more questions than answers.
This is a family resort with a water park included in the stay, so towels feel like a basic expectation. Not having them is inconvenient, especially for families with kids, and it also means guests end up walking around dripping wet — which doesn’t seem ideal from a comfort or safety perspective, considering slip-and-fall risks.
We really wanted to enjoy our stay and the water park, but this policy and the confusing reasoning behind it took away from the experience. A clearer, more practical approach from management would go a long way toward improving guest satisfaction.
